Shipping policy
We usually dispatch orders within three business days of ordering. Products are sent from a warehouse overseas, and delivery times vary by destination. Check the delivery information for your order. Warehouse, carrier or customs procedures can cause delays; we will let you know if your delivery is delayed.
Shipping within Japan is free, including Okinawa and remote islands. Orders for delivery within Japan usually arrive within 15 days after payment is confirmed; this estimate does not automatically apply to international destinations.

Standard shipping to Australia is free. Shipping rates for other destinations are shown at checkout.
Return policy
Under our voluntary change-of-mind return policy, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused and unworn items. For these returns, you pay the return postage. Before returning an item, email support@cowmono.com and use the return method specified by cowmono. Your non-excludable statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights, remain unaffected.
Orders placed before this update remain subject to the return terms in effect when the order was placed. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
